I bought my first Kirby when I was 24. I was living in a studio at the time and my boyfriend (husband now) thought it was so dumb of me. I thought he was the dumb one since his mother had had Kirby's since before he was born. My parents also had Kirby's for years. Now that we live together he wants to get another so that he can keep the first one just for the cars.

I think they are really great machines. IMO I would not buy any other.
