I would take some very good pictures and send them to the vet license board. I would ask that vet who it was that stitched him and I would demand they pay for the restitch at a different facility.

I agree with this! When our cat's surgery looked back, like this, we just knew that we could never trust that same clinic again. I really hope he is feeling better very soon!!!!!
The more I look at this picture, the more it upsets me...they know better than what they did!!!!! They left openings, where he get get an infection!
Then they just sent him on his way.....
