I have shipped packages many times to the UK. I suggest you go ahead and just pay the standard. Once I mail it out and it goes over the $3.00 rate, then I will just ask you to send the difference. If you want global priority, about 4-7 days shipping my guess is about $6.50 whereas standard first class mail is less but takes about 3 weeks maybe. I will PM you how you want it sent when I am about to ship it
