Oh gosh...
Well..in the past sticky things have come off with cooking oil..it kind of takes the stickiness away and helps it slide off..
Duck tape is pretty sticky..
Your doing good to get off what you can right now..I know it will wear off..but the tape stuck to his hair will mat it and not really come off too fast.
Give the oil a try and see.
