Here's the update. The RSPCA have been out to visit the dog owner today, the officer rang me from her van as she was outside the house to let me know what had happened. The husband was at work but she spoke to the woman, now she knows about her husband kicking the dog! The officer examined the dog and she said it doesnt seem to be injured but she is coming back to speak to the husband about the incident to find out his reasons for doing it etc. Im so glad that the dog is okay and that it has been brought out into the open that this poor little dog is abused, I do hope that it was only a one off and that the dog will be safe. I felt helpless when I saw him kicking the dog and didn't know which way to turn, but all your advice made me make the right decision...THANKYOU SO MUCH! |
