I am so sorry you are having these problems. I really don't have any advice, sorry, but it sounds like you are doing the right thing by keeping in contact with the vet. It sounds like they both have sensitive tummies but to what I can't say. Just keep watching them like the vet said and if they start acting lethargic or otherwise unusual take them back to the vet. Good to hear you are making sure they keep hydrated because all that diarrhea could lead to dehydration. By the way, welcome to Yorkie Talk!
