lol I truly understand..I ended up having to shave my baby because although i was brushing him I wasn't getting it all the way...thus smooth on top, matted on bottom and his breeder shaved him with my permission when I brought him to visit!!! Now his adult coat is coming in pretty nice and I make sure we brush and comb at least twice a day!! Hope you can get her unmatted without shaving her!!! good luck!!!
