I started by blocking off a room for Maximus..I choose the living room because it has wood floors and I am there with his dad often...I put down 2 wee wee pads and he was blocked off with the baby gate. He had a couple of accident but I bought the simple solutions housebreaking aid spray..(you spary on the pads and it has phermones that attract him there)...After about 2-3 weeks he was having no accident and he is now almost 18 weeks old..I got him at 10 weeks, but I never crated him..he has a crate which I leave open 24-7 and I just gated the room..I think you could do the same thing with crate ..just let him out every couple of hours that you are not with him.. |
