Bo. I have a lot of the winsor pilates, does anyone have the newest one w/the ball and how do you like it? I have the one w/the circle and I am wondering if it is just like that one?

I don't have the Winsor Pilates with the ball or the circle, but I can tell you as a Pilates Instructor that ball and circle exercises are very different from each other. With the ball, you have to stabilize the ball as you are doing the exercises and the goal should be to keep the ball perfectly still. So you are working every muscle deeper in order to do the excersie, stay balanced on the ball and stablize it all at the same time. Hope this helps!!
