I live in Pottstown, and we are only about 20 minutes away from Reading, (if that) and I would estimate that from the Philly airport to Reading is maybe an hour to an hour and a half, no more than that unless you hit really really bad traffic (which you won't on a weekend). It's really easy to get to as well, just MAPQUEST it.
