I just checked the thumbnail above. When the main window of pixresizer is open, on the top left corner is option
1.- "
Select source and destination". The "source" is your original picture. Click on "destination". When a new window opens, select your
DESKTOP as your destination. Now, when you resize a picture, your newly created image will appear on your desktop, where it is easy to find. Hope this helps.
