i hope you will be able to find a good mentor to be there for you when the babies are being delivered. it can be scary. go to your vet (if you don't have a mentor) and get some help. breeding books are great but yorkies are different. they are so small and if you don't know the signs of distress, you may loose her.
regarding her bloodlines, go to akc (if she is registered) and get a copy of her pedigree. the pedigree will just tell you her line but if you don't know anything about the sire's and dams, and they are not champion breed, all it is going to do is tell your their names.
most good breeders know their lines and can tell you about each sire and dam on the pedigree. go back to your breeder and see if they can tell you something about them or see if they have pictures, size, coat, etc....
