I also find mine in the meat case w/ the regular meat....whatch the fat content some of it is 99% fat free & some of it is 90% fat free & some will grind up skin w/ it...maybe you could pick up some boneless skinless breasts & ask the meat dept to grind it for you...I don't know why your having a hard time finding it, it's a very common meat item now....
