Hi! I have some issues with my babies...

Tia Maria is 14 months and Johnny is 6 months and they are so bad with the potty training! They can be outside on the deck for hours and come inside to do their business. We are using pee pee pads in the kitchen and gating them there when we are gone for the day, but when we are home it's like a free for all. Should I keep them in the kitchen until they get the hang of ALWAYS going on the pads? I hate the idea of doing that because I like to be with them in the house when I am home. No matter how many times I tell them no and put them outside when they are bad they continue to do it in the house!

I need some sort of obedience school myself, I think! Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
