get a human.....the person who came up w/ the phone prompts should have his phone put where the sun don't shine.....I came across this list of prompts to get a human & bypass the annoying run around of the voice prompts...I called Sears & their prompts are so sensitive that when I got in the middle of my call I sighed in frustration & it took it as a response
....or it's annoying when I place a call & none of the prompts fit for what I'm calling about
....I haven't had the chance to try any on the list yet so I don't know if they really work.....
