If you surrender her to a yorkie rescue, she would get the medical attention she needs and there screening process is very strick, she would only go to a good home. The problem with you rehoming her out of state is you REALLY dont know what these people are like. People can sound nice on the phone and even in person. But you never know what they are really like.
The rescues actually interview each applicant very throughly.. She needs to get going to a forever home, before she becomes to attached to your family, considering that she wont be staying with you.
