It has both the short handles and the longer strap.. the longer strap is still in the plastic wrapping that is bunched together and so are the normal handles. This bag is truley new with tags.. Never been used, opened for fitting of a dog/puppy nothing. 12 x 7 x 10 holds up to 12lbs and it has fur bottom lining and a blankie that matches the interior that is also that soft plush fur.
