Stressful this stuff is...we were supposed to be running in green grass and playing with toys then BAM !! Not so perfect sometimes is it?!

That leads me to ask if you all think there is any risk to getting the runt of the litter.

Can you all share with me how much yours weighed when you brought it home and how much it weighs now?

thank you for all of your encouraging words,
Heather
My Sukoshi weighed 1 pound, 15 ounces when we brought her home, and she was 13 weeks old (3 months). Now, she's 8 months old, and she weighs 3 pounds, 4 ounces. I've attached her baby pic that the breeder used to advertise her. [Knock on wood] We haven't had any health problems with her so far. She's a happy, playful puppy. I will say though that she was "the shy one" of the all the puppies, according to the breeder, but she's come out of her shell since we brought her home. She's still a lap dog at night, but during the day, she's all about playtime! That just goes to show you that you never know exactly what you're getting. Like everyone else said though, you'll fall in love as soon as you see "the one" and you'll love 'em to pieces, no matter how big they get or what they look like.
