It's an outdoor mall that is 99% dog friendly! - Imagine Chole walking into Victoria's Secret on her own little feet strutting her stylish self all around! Picture her in Neiman Markus turning her nose up at the $3,000 out fit that she wouldn't be caught dead in! LOL!
