well i use it to keep my yorkie babies blood sugar stable (he's hypoglycemic) others use it for a supplement if thoer pup is underweight or not eating well.

heres what i found
Nutrical is a high calorie, low volume dietary supplement for dogs and cats that won't eat. It provides an additional source of energy for hunting and working dogs. Dosage: To use as a supplement - Give 1 and 1/2 teaspoons per 10 lbs. body weight once a day. To use when your pet is not eating well - Give 3 teaspoons per 10 lbs. body weight. Each teaspoon of Nutri-Cal equals 30 calories of nutrition. Available in 4.25 oz. tube.
