As far as getting her healthy, I think it's just a matter of dental work now. She needs shots, too, though.
As for spay, if I were going to keep her and didn't have an in tact male, I probably wouldn't get her spayed because my vet is warning against spaying at an older age. But she MUST be spayed if she's going somewhere with boys.
