i got my laptop from an auction
they were auctioning off old school stuff
but you know my cuz bought a brand new one and she hsad to replace her hard drive and getthis she had to do it herself
they told her they would mail it out to her and she had to install it herself nad if she didnt send the old one back that she was going to have to pay for the new one

That SUCKS... I would of kicked off and demanded that they do it... that's what a warranty is for!
