My Kalani absolutely hated being outdoors and would shiver and shake the whole time
I put Hokule'a on her leash and would carry Kalani in a sling carrier or in my arms and after about a week of that he decided he'd try walking a few steps here and there. He still will freak out at loud noises and stop dead in his tracks but Hoku and I just stop also and wait for him to get over it
