Default New street thug Yorkie tries to hump our good mannered Yorkie

First, I'm not even sure if this guy is a pure bred Yorkie. He's flop eared , and he sheds. He's new to us, however, and before us he was abused. Unlike our super pure bred Yorkie, Kennaan, this new guy has very long legs and stands very high from the ground. We were told he's four months old, but he's trying to hump Kennaan and he's marking everywhere.

He's not stronger than our Yorkie but he's reckless, and with his height he has an advantage over Kennaan. Of course, Kennaan will not allow the new guy to hump him, so then they would compete to see who could hump the other. No one wins. There isn't much aggression, but I'm not sure what's the right course of action.

Should I let them or what?

Thanks a lot,
