There are so many wonderful families on YT. I would tell them that you have a figure in mind, but would first like to meet, see if she would fit into their lives and vice versa, and go from there. Than at that point price could be neg. it all depends on what your gut feeling is telling you!
Gosh, I wish my sister could take her. She has a 2 year old 5lb Silky named LuLu. And LuLu would love to have a sister! The only problem is they live in Hawaii
