My yorkie has been in heat for about close to two weeks now..I've just realized that not only are her nipples bigger but she has breasts. Is this the result of her being in heat. I've never had a small dog so don't really know what to expect. I'm scared. Since she has been in heat, we've kept her leashed each time we took her outside to use the bathroom. So I'm not sure if someone accidentally let her out unsupervised or if I'm just freaking out!!!! HELP!!!!
