The band concert should have been over by 7:30 but I didn't get out of there 'til 9:30. My daughter called at the end when I was getting ready to leave to tell me that Shelby has lost 12 pounds since I made her dress and it's huge on her.  I nearly lost it! I'm leaving for Texas Thursday morning so I can't do anything about it until the day before the wedding when they get down there. I could just throttle her! I'm so angry I could chew nails!  I do not want to spend the day before the wedding altering a dress. I want to relax and enjoy my daughter and help her with last minute details. Now I have to find someone with a machine I can borrow and spend the day fussing with a stupid dress. I'm so sick of those dresses, I'd like to throw them in the trash! I'm so mad I can't even cry. Wow, you're leaving this Thursday? I remember all the talk about the wedding and it sounded so far off - now it's here!!! That is really too bad about the dress. I would tell her to stick a blanket under her dress! I mean, losing weight is a good thing but that was a pretty dumb time to do it.
I forgot - what day is the wedding on? Saturday?
