 is a Mango seed bad for...............

I just ate a Mango and I rinsed the seed real good. I gave him to chew/play with but i just took it out of him. Do you think is bad for them? they are so hard that can not open them.
I bet he could stay there for hours. have any of you tried this? would it be bad for him?
