Oh I dunno.
She was convicted of a DUI and they suspended her license.
She was pulled over not once but twice driving with a suspended license.
She told the judge she didn't realise her license was suspended. Okay that works for the first time--short term memory loss for the second?
They have the paperwork she signed for the license suspension.
Her answer: She gets lots of things put in front of her and she just signs them.
She also told the judge--she's not responsible for knowing what comes in her mail, she has people that open her mail.
Yeah--just like the average person.
I don't feel sorry for her at all and she should just suck it up and do the time.
What is diff for sure than the avg person-- you and I would not spend our sentence in the kind of protected place she will be.
