I am in my last year of college to be an elementary teacher, and I am not for positive, but I'll explain the best that I can.

Find out the publisher of the program, and run a search for "__________ reading level 12". You should be able to find out how that corresponds to grade level.

Most other reading programs use a more obvious system: Woodcock Johnson, the commonly used special education assessment, for example uses: level 1.0 = where the average 1st grader would be at the start of the school year; level 1.5 = 1st grader, mid year; 3.9 = third grader in the later part of the year; etc.

That would probably be your best bet in finding it.
