I've heard that too.....but we have had three come in before and I have got to hold them each time.....two came into our shop (which has those long florescent lights) and this was kept buzzing around our big windows trying to get out. Thankfully, all three of them never had any injuries and have flown off. Whew! It is the neatest feeling to hold something so tiny and so light....which of course, I am really "not" holding, but ever so lightly cuffing my hands together. I didn't get pictures of the first two I got to hold because I just wanted to let it go, but no one believes me when I say I got to hold one, so this time, since the camera was right there, I tried to get a few shots of it! I absolutely love birds........especially hummingbirds!!!!
