Seems like older people totally speak whats on their mind. Even my grandma does it... But I love her. She's told me my female is ugly because her features are bigger than my males, and she LOVES him... I just laugh and tell her I think she's gorgeous! I agree - some older people seem incredibly rude, but they may have a drop of Alzheimer's or who knows what. Some people are also just a little off even though they look normal, and you know what they say - every bad habit gets worse as you get older. I wouldn't take it personally. She probably insulted 15 other people the same day. Autumn is a beautiful name, and Yorkies do not look like rats.
