Wow he is very young to be so aggressive! I think I would watch closely at playtime and when he starts getting aggressive and biting, I would firmly tell him "NO" and just keep doing that until he gets the idea. Maybe only let them have short play times and gradually increase the time. I think he's trying to show dominance. I would ask the breeder how he was with the other pups. Good luck!
