I had a similar thing happen last year walking my dog thru the park (my Yorkie, who is not tiny but still small), we were walking past the kiddie playground and all of a sudden I see this black and white blur come towards us, the dog had broken away from the owner. I still had cooper on the ground at this point on his leash waiting for the owner to get her dog, when suddenly that dog lunged for my dogs neck and literally picked him up people came running etc. I was freaking but also not sure how to handle it, its a strange situation you know, you want to protect your baby but you don't want to hurt or get hurt or whatever, it just goes so fast. I am glad your baby is good but a extra vet check wouldn't hurt?
