I'm so glad your Sadie is okay. I had a similar incident happen last night while we were on our walk but fortunately I was able to pull Hoku up by her leash/harness - toss her into the air and catch her in my arms - while the other dog was jumping, snarling and snapping. Scared the heck out of me! And the owners just stood in their yard screaming at their dog. Ridiculous!
As for your Sadie, I agree with Rhapsody, I would have her checked by the vet and have the neighbor's pay the bill.
