That is just horrible!!! I can picture that dog doing to your baby what my Yorkie does with her toy!
I would def. take your baby to the vet and tell this woman to pay for the expenses, or at least half. You could "threaten" to report her dog! I sure as hell would. Good luck! Hugs to you and your baby. Please keep us updated.
