I just read this post and I'm happy to see you reported him. What he did is out right animal abuse, cruelty to animals is illegal and uncalled for. I'm glad to see you made a report of it and let them handle this matter!!! YEAH for you!!!! No animal deserves that mistreatment. I hope they fine him to teach him a lesson. |
