PLEASE REPORT HIM - anyone that can kick a dog for no reason can surely hurt a human - that's abuse and soooo cruel. I just can't believe people sometimes...why would someone kick a helpless dog ???......
I'd call the police....if I had seen that I think that's what I'd do. I know his wife is sick but I seriously doubt if it's her dog she wants him killing it and that's exactly what can happen. The police can tell you your options if they won't do anything.
