I have reported him today to the RSPCA and they are going to let me know the outcome. I know I have done the right thing, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since it happened yesterday, it brings tears to my eyes. I hope it stops him doing it again. If he can do that to the poor little dog in public I shudder to think what he does in his own home, it was quite a small yorkie too, smaller than my Holly was.
