I have reported him today to the RSPCA and they are going to let me know the outcome. I know I have done the right thing, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since it happened yesterday, it brings tears to my eyes. I hope it stops him doing it again. If he can do that to the poor little dog in public I shudder to think what he does in his own home, it was quite a small yorkie too, smaller than my Holly was. I just hope he hasn't caused it any injury and that it isn't in pain. I will let you all know the outcome when they get back to me. Thanks for all your advice, it helped me a great deal
