Any abuse should always be reported. It's the only way it can stop.
Poor little furbaby, and I don't even want to think about the poor lady, she needs to be checked out too. This is very sad, don't think you might make her sick by reporting him, because you just might be saving her life, and her furbaby too. If abuse isn't reported, it only gets worse, then the people who saw it, are stuck saying, I should have done something, but now it's too late.
