It happen to chelsea when she was 13 weeks and 15 weeks. Her weight flactuates 0.3 lbs. Make sure your vet uses the same scale and try to weight her at the same time (before meal preferably). In my case it turns out that scales in the vet office were not the same and my pup was keep moving creating the difference. You can aslo use the crate when weight the pup. Different scales repsond to different movement of the pup. Well this was my experience and it made me nervous at that time. If she looks healthy I won't worry that much.
