my puppy is trying to bury her toys. In the house. But unfortunately, she just can't dig through the floors and carpet. She's not harming anything of course but she cries when she's unsucessful.

Any ideas? I tried to teach her to bury them in the couch and in blankets like my lab does but she wasn't going for it
