you might want to call the humane society on her if she has dogs who need this surgery and she is not giving it to them, how terrible it is to let an animal suffer!
what state did you purchase your dog from? Look up "puppy lemon laws" and if her state has one then she is required to refund your money up to 150% toward vet bills! and hold her to it, people who know about LP or anything hereditary in their lines and still breed it, are horrible! |
