I'm confused.......I know I live in a big city......and it might be different here......but to me leaving your dog in a car in a parking lot is like taping a $1,000. bill to the windshield......let alone that the dog could roast in the car........or even worse.....I think you did the RIGHT thing finding the owner...... |
