I wouldn't say he's a bad vet. He probably realized that this is stressing the cat out, as much as it is him, and the staff. He should have explained himself though, because who knows, he may just be selfish, and not want to deal with having an agressive cat in the office. That is quite strange that he would mention it at all though. Rude, if you ask me. It's not the kittie's (or anyone's) fault that he is the way he is. He was born part wild.
