Well I am positive that dogs can show aggression whether or not they came from a puppy mill. I purchased Cecilia from a breeder close to me and I visited the puppies several times before I brought her home. Both stud and bitch were in the home and I still am in regular contact with her so I am confident that I know the environment she was born in. Cecilia has even been back to her house to visit a few times. I don't know anything about Petland personally, but I have heard poor things about them.
When tickie acts up, what do you do? You should try restricting her to an area alone like a bathroom where she can't do alot of damage. If she cries or barks just let her for awhile. If she doesn't like being in there then she will figure out what she needs to do to stay out.
I put cecilia in her kennel and close the door if she acts up alot. At first she barked alot. Now she will just be quiet and wait because she knows that I will let her out if she was good. This method will not work if your dog sleeps or spends alot of time their kennell. Cecilia only uses her for travel, she sleeps with mommy.
Is Tinkie AKC registered? Did petland give you her pedigrees?
