i agree that she was wrong to being trying clothes on while her dog was in the car, its extrememly outrageous thing to do and ignorant. and no i rarely take me dogs with me other then to family it events and the vets, once in a while to the petstore, not many places here will let you bring in pets. but i dont agree with confronting people on different levels
1.)for YOUR safety -you do not know this person, people are just plain crazy!
2.) you dont know the whole story ( sometimes)
3.) that person doesnt know you and will not trust you and most people will be defensive and arugmentive or just turn their back on you and there is risk invovled with confrontations or what THEY might call harrassment
4.) its really no ones business but that dumb individual and if you are that concerned, call the cops but make sure before you do that its not an in/out store stop, that the person really is in the wrong
some people are extremely hyped about reporting animal abuse and i think some people are somtimes outrageous in pointing fingers and starting fights before they know the whole story..shoot some people get mad if you dont feed you dog high dollar dog food..lol
you have no need to apologize, you did what you thought was right and if i saw a dog in a hot car for 30 mins or more i would report it to the store but i probably would not confront the person and would not call the police..the police need to be out there catching criminals
no doubt that lady trying on clothes was in the wrong |
