NO.. unless you got it in writing you really have no standing . Of course if she emailed you and you saved the email and in the email she guaranteed ,you might have a leg to stand on. Most of the time a breeder who promises teacups will use words like "IN THEIR OPINION " or "SHOULD" which leaves them a loophole
