Along with what was already posted, I can hear your frustration not because you don't love your dog, but because you feel you were duped. Its probably happened to several of us. I was sold a toy size Yorkie (would not get bigger then 7lbs), I ended up with an 11 pound Yorkie, he is fit and trim so not due to overweight, he is just larger. What can you do? All that a breeder can do is guestimate the size based on their line of breeding, what the parents weight, what other pups ended up etc. There are simply no guarantees but no, you will not receive any refund or be due one that I am aware of.
